"In the first few sessions, Mikeely helped me with my self-confidence and gave me plenty of tips on what I can do for my mental race preparation, not just my physical prep. I believe that the confidence Mikeely helped me to find within myself helped me immensely on race day, as my performance began to slowly improve. "I found the most valuable part of the intensive was the information given to us about the menstrual cycle and nutrition. I feel like there is so much information about what you should eat or what is "normal", which is actually a little overwhelming at times. But Mikeely took this away by giving us information that was relevant to each of us.
